Overview

MindGraf helps users organize personal knowledge, communications, and work context. This policy explains what data MindGraf collects, how it uses that data, and the choices available to users.

Information MindGraf collects

MindGraf may collect account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, billing records, and product usage metadata needed to operate the service.

If a user connects Google, MindGraf may access Gmail and Google Calendar data that the user authorizes through Google and WorkOS. MindGraf does not request Google Drive access for this cloud communications integration.

How MindGraf uses connected Google data

MindGraf uses authorized Gmail and Calendar data to sync communications and events into the user's MindGraf workspace, support retrieval and search, build context for agent workflows, and power Google-backed actions that the user explicitly invokes.

MindGraf does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising.

Storage and security

MindGraf stores account data and service data on infrastructure controlled by MindGraf and its subprocessors. Access tokens, refresh tokens, and other credentials are handled as server-side secrets and are not exposed in the client application.

MindGraf uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including encrypted transport and restricted access to production systems.

Data sharing

MindGraf shares data only with service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, billing, and infrastructure vendors. MindGraf does not share Google user data with third parties except as needed to provide the requested service or comply with law.

User choices

Users can disconnect Google from MindGraf Settings. Disconnecting stops future Google token use by the cloud integration. Users can also request account deletion or data deletion by contacting MindGraf.
