Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of MindGraf. By using MindGraf, the user agrees to these Terms.
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for activity that occurs under those accounts. Users must provide accurate account information and must not access accounts they are not authorized to use.
Acceptable use
Users may not use MindGraf to violate law, interfere with the service, abuse third party systems, or attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts.
Connected services
Users may connect third-party services such as Google. Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect those accounts and authorize access. MindGraf may stop using a connected service if the connection is revoked, expires, or violates third-party platform requirements.
Fees and billing
Paid features may require a subscription or other payment. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are controlled by the billing terms presented at purchase.
Availability and changes
MindGraf may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. MindGraf works to operate the service reliably, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers and liability
MindGraf is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. MindGraf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity.
